Postdoctoral Fellow

We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Fellow to join our team at the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine. As a member of our Infectious Disease Clinical Research Program, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge research projects focused on the epidemiology, treatment, and prevention of acute respiratory infections.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute clinical research projects in collaboration with our research team.
- Design and conduct statistical analysis plans, working with databases and programming staff to develop data sets.
- Prepare and present research findings through publications in peer-reviewed medical journals and reports to USU, DoD, and sponsors.
- Assist in the preparation of new clinical research protocols and amendments.
- Support the direction and management of the ARI program.
- Doctoral degree required.
- Minimum of 0-5 years experience required.
- Experience in epidemiologic studies, statistical analysis, and SAS, STATA, or R proficiency.
- Knowledge of biomedical science and clinical research, with prior experience in infectious diseases preferred.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
