About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary Social Media Content Lead who will be responsible for ideating, briefing, and executing engaging content across all social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
    • Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to enhance the company's social media presence.
  • Creative Ideation:
    • Generate innovative and compelling content ideas that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Briefing and Collaboration:
    • Create detailed content briefs for internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication of objectives, target audience, and key messages.
    • Collaborate with designers, writers, videographers, and other stakeholders to produce high-quality content.
  • Content Creation and Execution:
    • Oversee the creation of a wide range of content formats, including but not limited to, images, videos, infographics, blogs, and live streams.
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all social media channels.
  • Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns from concept to completion, including scheduling, posting, and monitoring performance.
    • Utilize analytics tools to track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Content Calendar Management:
    • Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure timely and coordinated posting across all social media channels.
    • Schedule and launch posts in accordance with the content calendar, ensuring optimal timing and frequency for maximum engagement.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Foster and maintain active engagement with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
    • Build relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify our reach and impact.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Analyze and interpret social media data to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
    • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to inform future strategies and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Lead, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful social media content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for staying current with social media trends and technologies.
