We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team on a local contract basis in Chesapeake, Virginia.

About the Job:

As a Dialysis Nurse with Healthcare Support, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and make a real difference in the lives of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in outpatient dialysis nursing
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week with a 12-hour shift schedule
