Job Title: Sales Associate III

Join the Tapestry team as a Sales Associate III and be part of a global house of brands committed to innovation and inclusivity. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized service to customers, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales results through effective selling and clienteling strategies, working closely with the management team to achieve personal and store metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and competition, using this knowledge to inform sales and service decisions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to Coach standards and procedures.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
