Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration of Greater MSP and the Northland. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repairs and restorations, with a focus on finish carpentry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform finish carpentry, rough carpentry, and other related tasks
  • Conduct repairs and restorations, including staining and finishing, light electrical, light plumbing, and light HVAC work
  • Work with production manager to prepare new projects and ensure timely completion
  • Problem-solve to present cost-effective solutions for repairs
  • Maintain constant communication with production manager and other team members
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field (plus)
  • Personal vehicle for reliable transportation
  • Supply own hand tools necessary for repairs
  • Personal smartphone
  • High level of organization, multi-tasking, and communication skills
Evaluation Criteria
  • Quality of overall finished product
  • Timeliness of project completion
  • Customer satisfaction as per Net Promoter score
  • Productivity on a per job basis as measured by work order budgets
