About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled Psychiatric Nurse to join our team in London, Ohio. As a psychiatric nurse, you will play a critical role in improving the mental and physical well-being of individuals with mental health or behavioral conditions.

Responsibilities will include providing high-quality patient care, facilitating social and emotional treatments, supervising medication schedules, and evaluating progress. You will work closely with interdisciplinary professionals and patients' families to maintain a supportive and safe environment through the use of monitoring devices and de-escalation techniques.

Your care will be supplemented by support groups, social activities, and other therapeutic measures necessary for the patient's condition.

Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
  • Active RN license
