HR Generalist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary HR Administrator to join our team at Airspace. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding of new employees, including initiating background checks and offer letters.
• Performing New Hire Orientations as often as necessary.
• Entering new employees into the HRIS.
• Management of the HRIS system.
• Gaining knowledge of our benefits program and becoming a resource to employees who have questions or need assistance.
• Ensuring compliance with state-mandated training programs.
• Tasks related to internal employee appreciation incentives.
• Offboarding of departing employees when necessary.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources related job functions.
• Experience with G-Suite products.
• 1-2 years of HRIS experience (ADP is a plus).
• 1-2 years of compliance and/or benefits administration.
• Knowledge of CA wage and labor laws.
