Nursing Unit Director

As a Nursing Unit Director - RN, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring compliance with all relevant health regulations and standards. You will also manage the human resources within the nursing unit, including recruitment, orientation, performance assessments, and disciplinary actions when necessary. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients on your assigned unit.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $95,000 and $125,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a graduate degree in nursing from an accredited school or university and be currently registered as a nurse by the State Board of Nursing. You should also have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
