We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a State Farm Agent Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing customer relationships, following up with customers, and educating them about insurance options.
Responsibilities- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
