We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our team at Building Drops.

Job Summary

The Mechanical Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining exceptional quality standards.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors to drive projects forward. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k and bonus plan.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project schedules, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely completion
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to drive project progress
  • Maintain accurate records, track progress, and identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and other project management tools
  • Secondary language of Spanish preferred but not required
