We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Listing Agent to join our top-performing team at Lincoln Select Real Estate Group @ Nebraska Realty. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients
- Conduct listing presentations and open houses to showcase properties and build customer trust
- Collaborate with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transactions
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and provide expert advice to clients
- 1+ year of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Nebraska Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain)
