Interior Superintendent

This leading General Contractor, established over 30 years ago, is a top player in the Miami market with a strong track record of delivering excellent projects. They are seeking an experienced Interior Multifamily Superintendent to join their team.

The Multifamily Interior Superintendent will be responsible for managing the job site from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing subcontractors and ensuring project progress, schedule, and changes are communicated effectively.
• Identifying design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project-specific issues, and implementing solutions.
• Enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment, meeting or exceeding OSHA standards.
• Maintaining accurate documentation, including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots.
• Collaborating with owners, construction managers, superintendents, and project managers to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of construction superintendent experience.
• Experience with interior multifamily projects of at least $20M.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Demonstrated success in leading projects and managing large teams.
