As a Produce Associate at IGA Southeast, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service. You'll be part of a team that values teamwork, respect, and open communication.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
  • Presentation: Prepare produce for display on the sales floor, maintaining high standards of quality and freshness.
  • Maintain inventory levels by stocking, pricing, rotating, and placing product according to company standards.
  • Assist with unloading product upon delivery and ensure efficient storage.
  • Deliver excellent guest service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain sanitation and organization standards throughout the store.
  • Communicate effectively with management to address any guest concerns or operational issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A friendly and outgoing personality.
  • The ability to work well in a team environment.
  • The capacity to lift 50 lbs regularly and 25 lbs constantly.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to read and understand information.
  • Excellent guest service skills and the ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
