About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and dedicated Critical Care Nurse to join our team. In this role, you'll provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes for patients. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective care plans, conducting thorough assessments, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to address complex medical needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their physical, emotional, and social requirements.
  • Provide expert nursing care, utilizing evidence-based practices and critical thinking skills to address complex medical situations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and patient satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.S.N.) or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in an acute medsurgical setting.
  • A valid RN license in the state of employment or compact licensure.
  • BLS certification.
