About the Role:
This position requires an experienced professional to provide holistic support to trainees throughout their Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) program. You will be responsible for developing high-quality training plans, conducting assessments, and fostering strong relationships with employers and trainees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Development: Plan and implement individualized training plans tailored to each trainee's needs, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Training Delivery: Develop and lead workshops, tutorials, and coaching sessions to equip trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge for EYTS.
- Coordination and Support: Monitor trainees' progress, provide guidance, and facilitate communication between employers, trainees, and other stakeholders.
- Administration: Manage documentation, record keeping, and reporting to ensure smooth program execution and timely completion of milestones.
About You:
We seek an individual with a relevant degree qualification, up-to-date industry knowledge, and experience in the early years education sector. A full driving license, strong IT skills, and ability to motivate learners are essential. We welcome applications from motivated professionals who share our passion for transforming education.
