Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Jobot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of service delivery, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule appointments for our clients, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain client records, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and presentations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and client service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in appointment scheduling and client service coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and handle pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
