Salary

The salary for this role ranges from $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, a shift differential may be included in the hourly rate.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at our Hillside Community in McMinnville, Oregon. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing person-directed care to our residents, focusing on their unique interests and needs. Your duties will include assisting residents with activities of daily living, providing emotional support, and creating a safe and welcoming environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a Certified Nursing Assistant certificate and prior experience as a CNA or caregiver. New graduates are welcome to apply. We value candidates who are compassionate, empathetic, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
