LPN-ACUTE Job Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled LPN-ACUTE to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in our High Intensity Care Unit (HICU).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the needs of patients.
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and monitoring patient status.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Assume leadership roles as needed to ensure efficient unit operations.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a diploma or Associate's degree.
  • Current LPN license and AHA BLS CPR certification.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Synquest, IV Pump, Phillips Monitoring System, Accucheck, and EKG Machine.
