**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing health, safety, and environmental policies, procedures, and guidelines at the field level.

**Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will assist in various activities, including risk identification, incident reporting and investigations, waste minimization, pollution prevention and control, and compliance activities in all areas of HSE.

You will also conduct inspections and assessments, maintain accurate records, and provide oral and written communications as required.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of company HSE programs, policies, and procedures;
  • Familiarity with applicable regulatory requirements;
  • One to three years of technical or practical experience in HSE;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

**Working Conditions**

This is a full-time position that requires work within precise limits or standards of accuracy. You will be required to plan work, select proper tools, and make decisions based on measurable criteria.

**Physical Requirements**

The physical demands of this role include standing 40%, walking 40%, and sitting 20%. You will be required to lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50 pounds.

**Benefits**

Brown & Root offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, and flexible work schedule.
