About the Role

This is a 13-week contract opportunity located in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. As a Home Health RN with our organization, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive home health care services to patients, including nursing assessments, treatment planning, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current active RN license.
  • At least one year of experience in home health or a related field.
  • BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A weekly stipend of $1246.
  • A local hourly rate of $44.68 to $45.68 per hour.
  • A tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
