Job Summary

Smith & Nephew is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Biologics Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing the Sports Medicine Biologics business within your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exceed sales quota and grow the Sports Medicine Biologics business within your territory
  • Provide clinical case coverage in the operating room and train surgeons on Smith & Nephew products
  • Work collaboratively with key orthopedic surgeons, hospital and OR staff, administrators, and clinicians
  • Develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed your quota
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6 years direct sales experience with 4 years in medical device industry preferred
  • Experience with selling technology and/or capital products to multiple call points in the hospital
  • Proven track record selling/converting business at the surgeon or hospital level
  • Proven success in achieving quota year over year
  • Experience leading/mentoring team members and new sales representatives

  • Competitive base compensation range: $60,000 - $100,000 USD annually
