Vancouver, Washington, United States Providence Full time

At Providence, we are committed to delivering high-quality cancer care that encompasses the physical, emotional, and social needs of our patients. Our team of dedicated Oncology Nurse Navigators plays a vital role in this mission, providing expert guidance and support throughout the continuum of cancer care.

The Oncology Nurse Navigator is a key member of our multidisciplinary team, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions between treatment phases. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, our navigators empower individuals to take an active role in their treatment plans, making informed decisions about their health and well-being.

To excel in this role, you will require a solid understanding of oncology principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a registered nurse with at least three years of experience in oncology, you will be able to triage complex patient needs, identify potential barriers to care, and develop personalized plans to address these challenges.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes a competitive salary range of $45.22-$71.58 per hour, based on experience. This amount may vary depending on factors such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, and bonuses. In addition to your base pay, you can expect to receive a $6,000 sign-on bonus for eligible rehire and external candidates who meet all conditions for payment.

As a Providence caregiver, you will join a community of dedicated professionals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Our organization values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we strive to create an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to succeed.

Our Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence that serves patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third-largest group in the country, with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics, and 30,000 caregivers.
