Multimedia Production Expert with Broadcast Focus

About the Role

This position requires a skilled Multimedia Production Expert to oversee various aspects of broadcast production, post-production, and technical operations. As a key member of our team at TeamPeople, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, ensuring seamless system performance, and providing expertise in multimedia production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise in broadcast production, post-production, and technical operations, encompassing areas such as operational system support, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
  • Offer specific areas of expertise including audio, video connectivity, and Internet Protocol (IP) TV.
  • Collaborate on live event productions, directing/technical directing, PTZ camera operation, audio mixing and monitoring, setup/strike, software/hardware trouble shooting.
  • Work closely with Avid Media Composer, Adobe Creative Cloud, Vmix, OBS, Teams, Ross Carbonite, and XPression.
  • Leverage experience with string out/assembly video editors, scripting content, conference, and long-format event coverage post-production clean up, working with graphic templates.
  • Maintain equipment, systems, and software, including Avid Media Composer, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, MS Office Suite, and Windows desktop and server operating systems.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Systems Engineer on regular system maintenance and upkeep, tracking maintenance actions, equipment status, and inventory using available tracking software tools.

Requirements

  • Strong command of modern digital video production, equipment, and processes.
  • Experience and/or related certification for equipment within broadcast production, post-production areas.
  • Excellent video editing skills.
  • Able to follow written step-by-step instructions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic signal workflow.
  • Able to work successfully both supervised and unsupervised.
  • Proficient in PC and Mac computer literacy.
  • Customer service orientation and superior client relationship skills.
  • Ability to interface effectively with diverse people, including team personnel, clients, and vendors.
  • Organized and punctual.
