We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant in Huber Heights, OH. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with diverse student populations in a supportive environment.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students with various communication disorders, including those requiring augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) support. The caseload is split between Pre-K and high school or K-6th grade levels.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy is required.
- The ideal candidate must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or be in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
- Candidates must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the State of Ohio.
What We Offer
Soliant provides a competitive salary range based on industry standards and location, with an estimated annual salary of $63,500 - $85,000 depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
