**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of patient care and safety while driving business growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our pharmacy teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Patient Care: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective medication management and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  3. Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license by job entry date.
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.

**What We Offer:
