Agricultural Sales Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Agricultural Sales Professional to join our team. As an Agricultural Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling new and used agricultural equipment and outdoor power equipment to new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Company: You will represent our company in sales of machinery to customers in a defined sales area.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: You will maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment potentially saleable by our dealership.
- Monitor Competitive Activity: You will monitor competitive activity/products and timely communicate to management accordingly.
- Sales Management Information: You will maintain sales management information for all customers in the assigned territory.
- New Equipment Field Demonstrations: You will conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
- Trend Monitoring: You will monitor trends in customer's business activities and timely communicate to management.
- Used Equipment Evaluation: You will maintain current knowledge of used equipment values and ability to evaluate properly for trading purposes.
- Financing Options: You will maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods.
- Training and Development: You will attend applicable sales training events/seminars.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in agricultural equipment or outdoor power equipment sales preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications: Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions. Ability to work flexible hours. Excellent customer relationship skills. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred. Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.

Additional Requirements:
- Authorization to Work: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
