">We are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Specialist to join our team in Mokena, IL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in vehicle repair, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.
">Key Responsibilities

- Vehicle Inspection and Repair Planning">
Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to plan and execute efficient repair processes.
">">Communication and Teamwork">Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and timely updates on vehicle repair status.
">">Quality Repairs and On-Time Delivery">Demonstrate expertise in performing high-quality repairs while maintaining strict adherence to deadlines.
">">Repair Decisions">Making informed decisions regarding repair versus replacement, considering factors such as safety, cost, and cycle time.
">">Access and Surface Preparation">Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic window operating equipment, and trim to gain access to vehicles and fenders, followed by filing, grinding, and sanding repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools.
">">Safety Protocols">Participate in all required safety meetings and adhere to company safety protocols.
">">Apprentice Supervision">Direct the work of an apprentice in tasks requiring specialized knowledge or procedures, and provide guidance and training as needed.

Ability to operate a frame machine effectively.
