Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team. As a PTA with PARS Therapy, you will work closely with licensed PTs to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of our patients' homes. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional care.

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, under the supervision of a licensed PT
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional ability
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with PTs and other stakeholders

Requirements
- PTA certification in the state of Texas
- CPR certification
- Professional liability insurance
- Experience working in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred

What We Offer
