Job Overview
This role is a key part of our manufacturing systems team, responsible for the development and lifecycle management of Manufacturing Systems and data within Raynham & Bridgewater.
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Manufacturing Systems Development Director. In this position, you will lead the local Manufacturing Systems site team and partner with the Manufacturing Systems global standards team, IT/JJT, Operations, Tech Ops, and Quality to define, implement, and sustain the site Manufacturing Systems and data roadmap aligned to global strategy & standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic vision and a willingness to be hands-on in all aspects of managing & maintaining manufacturing systems. You will handle all aspects of supervising personnel, including hiring and terminations, and be accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.

The successful candidate will have experience with manufacturing systems requirements, design, deployment, and support. You will understand and apply industry standard, guideline, and methodologies (ISA 88/95, GAMP). A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or Science area of study is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in GMP regulated and related position, demonstrating increased leadership assignments and responsibilities.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $77,000 - $124,200 per year, based on your location, experience, and qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. You may also be eligible for our consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the site Manufacturing Systems and data roadmap
- Lead the local Manufacturing Systems site team
- Partner with the Manufacturing Systems global standards team, IT/JJT, Operations, Tech Ops, and Quality
- Manage operational aspects of the team and systems, including goals, budget, workflow, performance, system uptime, and compliance
- Work with various partners to understand customer problems, business processes, and value to build the sites' manufacturing systems and data roadmap and investment plan
- Provide leadership, including obtaining agreement and funding on site MS projects and priorities
- Ensure all manufacturing systems and data are designed, built, and run to meet business and standards requirements, in a compliant and cost-competitive manner
