Job Title: Audiologist Position

Staff Today Inc is seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic hearing testing, impedance/middle ear testing, and hearing aid evaluations. You will also be required to counsel individuals with hearing loss or processing problems and provide on-site training to support staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnostic hearing testing based on referral
  • Impedance/middle ear testing
  • Hearing aid evaluations and procurement
  • Follow-up on routine basis on individuals with hearing aids
  • Hearing aid analysis to detect breakdowns
  • Simple repairs of hearing aids
  • Counseling of individuals with hearing loss or processing problems
  • On-site training of support staff in routine maintenance and care of hearing aids

Requirements:
  • Duly licensed Audiologist qualified to practice in the State of New York
  • Registered to provide services as an authorized Hearing Aid Dispenser
  • Enrolled in Medicaid/Medicare
  • At least two years' experience in providing Audiology Services to individuals with developmental disabilities
