Café Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our prepared foods team as a Café Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh food items daily, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products are available to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve ready-to-eat food, maintaining food safety and quality control standards
- Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality food products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement
- Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them
As a Café Associate, you will be part of a team that offers customers more of what they love, for less. You will be responsible for:
- Preparing food according to item specifications
- Understanding and planning future productions and mass productions
- Preparing for seasonality
- Adhering to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management
- Operating, maintaining, and sanitizing equipment
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a passion for and experience with fresh food

- Be comfortable with change and quickly adapt to different work scenarios
