Executive Culinary Leader

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Master Cook to join our culinary team. This key position will be responsible for operating the kitchen daily, leading junior staff members, and upholding our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Main Responsibilities- Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture and values of MG-FSLV, LLC, dba BOURBON STEAK.
- Provide responsive, professional, and gracious service to all guests at all times.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations that reflect our philosophy, culture, and standards of excellence.
- Recognize areas for improvement and offer positive solutions for change.
- Operate within the restaurant efficiently, respectfully, and professionally.
- Understand all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs.
- Represent the restaurant professionally through effective communication, cooperation, and relationships with business partners.
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's operating area.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of pastry preparation experience in a fine dining restaurant.
- Display a positive attitude and image consistent with the restaurant philosophy.
- Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Work in a standing position for extended periods (minimum 8 hours per day).
- Reach, bend, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds.
- Have the stamina to work a minimum of 40 or more hours per week.
