**Job Overview**

In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to residents in long-term care facilities. You will work closely with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.

**Estimated Salary:** $1500-$2200 per week, depending on experience and qualifications

**Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver direct patient care to residents in long-term care facilities
  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between shifts

**Requirements:**

  • Licensure: Current LPN licensure in Washington state
  • Experience: At least one year of experience working as an LPN in a long-term care setting
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
