Job Title: Senior Data ScientistJob Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team at HR Digital - Hollywood. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data pipelines to collect and process large datasets
  • Develop and train machine learning models to predict customer behavior and optimize marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into product development and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of models and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • Strong experience in machine learning and data science with a focus on Ad Tech and MarTech
  • Proficiency in Python and its data libraries, including NumPy, Pandas, and scikit-learn
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, and Snowflake
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field or 5+ years of relevant data science experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with deep learning tools such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Knowledge of database management systems such as SQL and NoSQL
  • Experience with model deployment pipelines and monitoring tools
