Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
  • Develop new business opportunities through business development and networking strategies, including market research and industry events.
  • Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with key market developments to inform candidates and service clients effectively.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including referrals, job boards, and social media, to match them with client vacancies based on skillset and experience.
  • Deliver time-sensitive requirements with speed and accuracy, ensuring timely placements and client satisfaction.
  • Explain recruitment solutions to clients based on their needs, agreeing on terms of business with key decision-makers.
  • Regularly meet with clients, candidates, and at industry events to build relationships and drive business growth.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in sales or recruitment, preferably in the accounting, finance, or legal sectors.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Mental resilience and a demonstrated ability to handle challenges and pressure.
  • High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
  • Tenacious and competitive attitude, with a proven track record of success in sales or recruitment.
  • Accountability for own success and evidence of high performance in previous roles.
