Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team in Dallas/Mesquite, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a multi-family apartment community with exceptional customer service skills
  • Negotiate and enforce leases while maintaining a positive rapport with residents
  • Meet all deadlines set by the management company/regional managers
  • Analyze data and trends to prepare reports, identifying areas for improvement
  • Maintain property condition by investigating tenant complaints, enforcing occupancy rules, and coordinating maintenance repairs
  • Attract new tenants through targeted advertising, referrals, and showcasing unit advantages
  • Lead leasing agents, providing clear instructions and expectations for daily goals
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience as an Asset Manager or Property Manager
  • Proficiency in property management software, such as OneSite
