Job Summary

The Steadman Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Athletic Trainer to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced clinic setting. As a key member of our sports medicine team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients undergoing complex surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming patients and initial evaluation
  • Administrative duties, including scheduling appointments and handling phone inquiries
  • Communicating with patients, physicians, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient-centered care
  • Obtaining patient history, performing physical exams, and educating patients on their treatment plans
  • Organizing notes and radiographs, casting/splinting, and DME fitting
Requirements:
  • BOC Certification
  • National Athletic Trainer Association Membership (NATA)
  • State of Colorado license
  • Two years' experience, with at least 1 year exp. in a physician office setting, preferred
  • Current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for healthcare providers
  • Bachelor's degree in related field such as Sports Medicine, Athletic Training, or life sciences
