About the Role

As an Organizational Solutions Sales Professional, you will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations with potential clients, educating them on our products and services, and guiding them through the design and sales process.

You will work closely with our design team to provide personalized solutions that meet our clients' needs and exceed their expectations.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a bonus structure that rewards your hard work and dedication.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home consultations with potential clients to assess their organizational needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Work closely with our design team to design and install custom-crafted pull-out drawers in cabinets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and designs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
