As a Health Insurance Navigator, you will play a critical role in providing consumer assistance on our CHA Helpline, handling approximately 10,000 calls per year. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering questions about eligibility for health insurance and troubleshooting insurance-related issues;
  • Providing information on consumers' rights in the healthcare system and ensuring timely responses to consumer cases;
  • Assimilating and communicating information on healthcare services and benefits to consumers;
  • Recording consumer information, data, and detailed case notes for each case;

This position requires:

  • Extensive experience in customer service and proficiency with MS Office;
  • A BA or relevant advanced degree and fluency in Spanish or another language;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to provide information in a fair and impartial manner;
  • Experience with data management systems and research skills;
  • Understanding of the healthcare system or willingness to learn about it.

Salary: $68,205.00 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
