The Marketing Team

The Marketing team at Airwallex drives brand awareness and customer engagement through innovative campaigns. We leverage data-driven insights and creative strategies to communicate the value of our financial solutions, attract new customers, and strengthen relationships with existing ones. Our team is passionate about telling the Airwallex story and supporting the company's growth and success.

Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers, commercial, and product teams. This role will focus on delivering consistency and simplicity in our product positioning in the market, driving success in product launches, and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our customers, needs, competitors, and Airwallex's unique edge.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, needs, competitors, and Airwallex's unique edge to develop our value proposition.
  • Plan and drive an effective launch strategy/plans across sales, marketing, pricing, and operations to bring our value proposition to life for new features and products.
  • Position: Define, test, and refine our global product positioning, messaging, and value proposition in collaboration with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Build: Deliver a compelling, end-to-end customer experience across our touchpoints alongside sales, marketing, and operations - across our website, emails, content, decks, and more.
  • Analyze: Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights across channels, customers, and product to test hypotheses and make data-backed decisions.
  • Influence: Work cross-functionally across our global and regional strategy, product, sales, and marketing teams to drive global impact.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience with part of that in a product marketing or product strategy function at a fast-growing tech company.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills - able to articulate complex concepts in a simple way.
  • Self-starter that can identify and prioritize opportunities to focus on.
  • Track record of collaborating and driving impact across cross-functional teams - able to effectively partner with sales, operations, design, marketing, product, and data analytics.
  • Experience using analytical tools such as Excel, Looker, Google Analytics, or others.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • FinTech or Payments experience.
  • Familiarity with startup environments.
  • Global marketing experience.
Benefits

Airwallex offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $119K - $200K, equity, and bonus opportunities. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability, basic life insurance, and well-being benefits. US-based employees receive 20 paid days of vacation and 12 paid days of company holidays in a calendar year.
