$62,500 - $82,500 per year (estimated based on industry standards)

**Job Description:**

We are looking for a talented individual who can provide expert maintenance services across various trade areas, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance routines, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Conduct general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry trouble shooting and repair
  • Routine readings and adjustments of pool equipment
  • Operate snow removal equipment
  • Maintain a safe working environment and encourage others to do the same
  • Be attentive to building conditions and alert to potential guest safety issues

This position requires flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and call-in duties.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A valid driver's license
