Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Catheterization Lab team at Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, prepare, and position patients for procedures
  • Perform conscious sedation and hemodynamic monitoring as necessary
  • Prepare, implement, and document plan of care
  • Communicate patient's condition to physician before, during, and after procedures
  • Perform and/or facilitate diagnostic, therapeutic, and interventional procedures
  • Perform setup and provide equipment and supplies before, during, and after procedures
Requirements
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date required
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire
