Family Nurse Practitioner

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Creve Coeur. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of common family illnesses for patients 18 months and older.
- Offer, order, and administer immunizations and injections, providing evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
- Master's Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
- Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience or equivalent.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to pass a FIT test and wear the provided respirator mask when protocol requires.
