Assistant Integrated Team Director

Bay Cove Human Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assistant Integrated Team Director to join our team. As a key member of our Integrated Team, you will work closely with the Integrated Team Director to establish, administer, and direct community-based clinical services for adults with mental health challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience providing services to adults with mental health challenges. A strong commitment to the right of each person with mental health challenges to live in community residences, work in market jobs, and have access to helpful, adequate, competent, and continuous supports and services of their own choosing is essential.

The Assistant Integrated Team Director will be responsible for assisting in the facilitation of day-to-day clinical operations, providing guidance and feedback to team members, and contributing to the overall functioning of the Integrated Team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the facilitation of day-to-day clinical operations, including participation in regular staff meetings and ensuring appropriate staff coverage for day and evening shifts.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to team members to ensure the knowledgeable incorporation of evidence-based practices and philosophies into engagement strategies, treatment planning, and intervention selection.
  • Contribute to the overall functioning of the Integrated Team by sharing in administrative responsibilities and on-call coverage on a rotating basis.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience providing services to adults with mental health challenges.
  • Strong commitment to the right of each person with mental health challenges to live in community residences, work in market jobs, and have access to helpful, adequate, competent, and continuous supports and services of their own choosing.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends on an as-needed basis.
  • Professional writing and verbal communications skills.
  • High degree of personal organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
