Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with the monthly revenue close process and preparation for the company's SEC reporting, as well as assist and maintain the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monthly revenue recognition for product sales and determine sales allowances and accruals, and revenue-related account reconciliations.
  • Assist in quarterly and annual external financial reporting, including Forms 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks.
  • Assist and coordinate with SOX consultants during SOX reviewing and testing and maintain the Company's internal control documentation.
  • Assist in the development/updating of departmental internal control operating processes, procedures, and standards, as needed.
  • Assist with special, ad-hoc projects as requested.
  • Stay technically current with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
  • Work with the FP&A group for proper accounting treatment and integration of business development transactions.
  • Assist with ad-hoc and special projects as requested.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related field preferred.
  • Targeting three to five years of revenue recognition, audit, and SEC reporting experience, of which one year is audit experience within a top-tier accounting firm.
  • An equivalent combination of relevant education and applicable job experience may be considered.
