Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team at Hyde Park Hospitality. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our airport lounge facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a full range of cleaning duties, including restrooms, trash removal, and furniture cleaning.
  • Assist with clearing tables of dirty dishes and cleaning tables.
  • Restock beverage stations.
  • Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
  • Replenish restroom supplies and polish metalwork.
  • Scrub, wax, and polish floors.
  • Wash walls and woodwork, clean windows, door panels, partitions, and windowsills.
  • Dust furniture, fixtures, equipment, and partitions.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand during an entire scheduled shift.
  • Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the housekeeping/janitorial field.
  • Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced work shift up to ten hours.
  • Adheres to all local and state health department guidelines.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to pass and obtain security background check and clearance to work in an airport environment.
