Job Title: Ladies Department Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ladies Department Lead to oversee our women's fashion department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Manage the day-to-day operations of the ladies department, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation.
  3. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth and meet department goals.
  4. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing, promotions, and security measures.
  6. Collaborate with other department leads and store management to optimize overall store performance.
  7. Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing department.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competition to make informed business decisions.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in retail management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and products in the women's apparel industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
