About the Role:

Monte Nido Portland is a premier residential treatment program located in West Linn, OR, dedicated to helping adults struggling with eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Clinical Director in managing clinical functions and supervision of staff
  • Oversee the admission process and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide leadership and facilitate staff development
  • Implement performance improvement plans
  • Support a collaborative environment in the pursuit of lasting client recovery

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology or related services field, preferably knowledgeable in eating disorders
  • A minimum of 1 year experience with eating disorder clients
  • Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required
  • CPR certification required
