At Dematic, we are seeking a seasoned professional to drive business growth and development in our Regional Business. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of complex, highly technical solutions and be able to work closely with customers to formulate insight-driven, end-to-end supply chain solutions that improve customer operations, enhance productivity, protect profit, and reduce risk.

The successful candidate will be self-driven and highly collaborative, with the ability to negotiate complex enterprise agreements, foster and establish relationships with senior supply chain executives, and effectively understand and solve customer business challenges by leveraging our industry-leading solutions.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $105,000 - $135,000, as well as opportunities for career development, global opportunities, and a commitment to pay transparency.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic account penetration plans for targeted accounts
  • Qualifying new opportunities by leveraging market, account, and solution expertise
  • Working closely with other Dematic functions to provide the best solution to the customer
  • Developing a complete understanding of the customer's organizational structure and key buying influences
  • Performing customer presentations and articulating the value proposition of product/solution/service offerings
  • Confidently driving a team of internal experts to negotiate and close complex sales with executive-level individuals
  • Managing high-revenue-based opportunities to meet revenue and margin growth strategies

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or advanced degree
  • Typically 8-10 years of successful experience in complex, highly technical solutions to distribution or logistics companies
  • Previous consultative selling experience and ability to negotiate complex deals at the C-Suite level
  • Vertical market and automated solution expertise
  • Experience with supply chain execution software and selling multi-million-dollar projects
  • Able to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness for business travel, up to 50%
