Job Summary

The Army National Guard is seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Bradley Fighting Vehicle System Maintainers. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the Bradley Fighting Vehicle is operational and ready for deployment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in the Bradley Fighting Vehicle's systems
  • Perform maintenance and on-board direct support tasks on suspension systems and steering systems
  • Repair and maintain fire extinguisher and suppression systems
  • Perform maintenance on gas particulate systems, vehicular mounted armament, and associated fire control systems
Requirements
  • Interest in auto mechanics and the industrial arts
  • Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
  • Knowledge of engine repair and tune up
  • Ability to repair and replace body panels, fenders, power packs, weapons systems, and radiators
Training and Benefits

As a Bradley Fighting Vehicle System Maintainer, you will receive 10 weeks of Basic Training and 23 weeks of Advanced Individual Training. You will learn the skills and knowledge necessary to perform your duties and will be eligible for tuition assistance. In addition, you will earn a regular paycheck while training.
